This Spring, the Grace Team is focusing on slowing down and taking time to appreciate the small things in life. We are practicing mindfulness and focusing on the present moment through taking yoga classes, spending time with friends in our favorite coffee shops, bringing family game nights back and getting outside to smell the roses, both literally and figuratively. Stop into the store to find a wonderful selection of items from games, to coloring books and yoga gear to cook books that are sure to help you bring simplicity into your life. Wellness is more than a lifestyle of health, it's also dedicated to self care and happiness. Through being present and grateful for the current moment it is possible to achieve a "joie de vivre" or joy of life. Life is after all, what you make it so why not choose happiness, love and positivity? Surround yourself with people and places that ignite passion, take in experiences that make you pause with gratitude and love, create a practice comprised of routines that make you excited to wake up in the morning and smile through out the day, nourish your body and soul with fresh and energizing foods, unplug from technology and feed your brain with purpose through books, coloring and games. Find what feels good and immerse yourself in anything that awakens the spirit.
