Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to help make it right! Here's how our easy and flexible return policy works:

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund:

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Beyond 30 Days? No Problem!

Even after 30 days, you can still return your purchase for store credit. We want to make sure you love your pick, whether it's right now or down the road. 

Making Returns Easy:

In-store returns:

You may bring your items to our retail store and we are happy to process the return. If you have your receipt, it will make this a bit easier. If you don't have the receipt, we can look up your purchase by the name or the email address used during the purchase. 

*Cash refunds in excess of $150 will be issued as a check via U.S. mail.

Online Order returns:

1. Include your packing list with your return so we can process it quickly. If you don't have the packing list, just write down your order ID or the email address you used to make the purchase. Need help finding your order ID? Check the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered — it has all the details we need.

2. Package up your items and use the pre-paid return label included in your order to ship them to the following address:
