Want to return something? No worries! Our return & exchange process is hassle-free. Sometimes we grab the wrong size, realize that bought the wrong color, or the manufacturer missed a stitch. Happy customers are important to us and we don't want you be afraid of putting that awesome dress in the shopping cart without trying it on.
Guidelines for Online Returns & Exchanges
- The return fee is on us! If we see that you can't seem to find something that fits, we will get our personal stylist to help get the right fit for you.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
- Returns may take 2-3 weeks for processing
- Grace will coordinate pre-paid return labels via third-party carriers.
- The items being returned must be sealed and secured to prevent the item from damage during transit. Grace is not responsible for items damaged during transit.
- Regularly priced merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- All returned or exchanged items must be Unused, Unwashed, and in the Original Packaging
- Damaged items will receive a full refund.
- All sale items are Final.
- Intimates, beauty, and personal care products are not qualified for returns or exchanges.
- Grace will issue a credit to the same form of payment used at the time of the purchase.
- Gifts returned without a receipt will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the current price of the item at the time it is received for return.
- We are not responsible for items that are not received. If you decide to use an outside mail carrier, it should have insurance and a tracking number.

Guidelines for In-Store Purchases Returns & Exchanges
Grace gladly accepts returns & exchanges of in-store purchases that unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise.
- Items returned within 30 days and receipt present, you will be refunded in the payment method used at the time of purchase in the amount of the original purchase. If a credit card was used to make the purchase, the credit card receipt is required for funds to be reissued to the same credit card.
- Items returned within 30 days and receipt is not present, you will be issued store credit equal to the current value of the item(s) being returned at the time of the return.
- Items returned after 30 days and receipt is present, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the item(s) at the time of the purchase as stated on the receipt.
- Items returned after 30 days and receipt is not present, you will receive a store credit equal to the current value of the item at the time of the return.
- All intimates, beauty and personal care products are final sale.
*All refunds for purchases that were made by check will be reissued by check if the item is returned within 10 days after purchase. After 10 days, we will provide cash for the returned item instead of reissuing a check.
