In-Store Return Policy-

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed clothing and shoes with tags attached. Hosiery and undergarments may not be returned. Defective items may be returned within 30 days. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise returned with an original sales receipt with credit card slip attached within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment. Without the original receipt, a return qualifies for an exchange or store credit equal to the current selling price of the item. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded as Grace store credit.

Credit/Debit refunds: All credit and debit purchases will be refunded as credit. Processing timeline is dependent on customer’s banking institution.

Cash refunds: Purchases made in cash will be refunded as cash for amounts up to $150. Any cash returns exceeding this amount will be refunded via check by mail in 7-10 business days.

Check refunds: Purchases made by check will be refunded via check by mail in 7-10 business days.

Rewards points earned on returned merchandise will be forfeited. Rewards points redeemed on returned purchase will be returned to customer’s rewards account.


Online Purchase Returns-

Want to return something? No worries! Sometimes we grab the wrong size, or realize that we bought the wrong color. Happy customers are important to us and we don't want you be afraid of putting that cozy sweater in your shopping cart without trying it on.

Guidelines for Online Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order
  • We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.
  • Returns are processed in 2-3 business days, but may take 5-7 business days after to show up in your bank account (depending on your bank).
  • Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of online store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.
  • Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable.
  • Merchandise purchased online may only be returned online. At this time we do not accept in-store returns. 

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

  • Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
  • Enclose the packing list so your return can be processed quick and efficiently.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
